The FAQ answers the question this directory asks, in the merchant's own words: "We support USDT and USDC across multiple networks: Ethereum (ERC-20), Tron (TRC-20), Solana (SPL), BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20), and Polygon. Always select the network that matches your sending wallet." Its USDC page widens that for one coin: "Genghis accepts USD Coin (USDC) on 9 networks at checkout — Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism, BSC, Avalanche, and Algorand", with a table of typical confirmation times and fees per network and the same single rule about matching the sending network. Crypto payments "are processed by NowPayments" and Genghis says it never custodies customer funds. Pricing is what you see: "Genghis charges zero platform fees", with only the blockchain's own network fee and a live exchange-rate spread "normally a fraction of a percent" on top. Timing from the same page: Tron and Solana stablecoin transfers confirm in one to three minutes, ERC-20 stablecoins in two to five, and most orders complete within five to thirty minutes, with the code emailed automatically once confirmations are reached. Guest checkout works on every product with just an email address. Polygon is the cheap EVM route here — same address format as Ethereum, a fraction of the gas — but, as with every multi-network checkout, the network you choose on the invoice is the one you must send on.

Refunds

Documented. "Orders are refundable if the code is faulty, already redeemed, or undeliverable. Once a code has been revealed in your email or account it cannot be refunded." Payment errors are handled case by case, typically within 24 to 48 hours, by email with the order number and transaction hash.

Stablecoin refunds are outbound payments a merchant chooses to send, not automatic reversals. There is no chargeback.

1. 13 September 2026 Record updated

   Networks widened from five to ten after reading the merchant's USDC page, which lists nine networks for USDC including Arbitrum, Base, Optimism, Avalanche and Algorand. A record correction on the day of adding, not a merchant change.

   Added after reading Genghis's own FAQ, which names USDC and USDT on five networks including Polygon, with NOWPayments as processor.

Limitations

• Crypto only. There is no card or fiat checkout at all.
• Match the network to your wallet. Genghis is blunt that a wrong-network transfer "results in lost funds, and that loss is not recoverable".
• The two Genghis pages disagree on breadth: the FAQ gives five networks for USDT and USDC, the USDC page gives nine for USDC. Tron is on the FAQ list but not the USDC page; the extra four (Arbitrum, Base, Optimism, Avalanche) plus Algorand are USDC-only as far as the merchant states.
• Once a code has been revealed it cannot be refunded; refunds cover faulty, already-redeemed or undeliverable codes.
• Under- and overpayments beyond 1% hold the order until the team contacts you, within 24 hours.
