We are not a payment service, a broker, an exchange, a custodian or a financial institution. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a merchant listed here.

Accuracy

We work to keep information accurate and current, and we publish a verification status and date on every merchant profile so you can judge it for yourself. We do not warrant that any information is accurate, complete or current.

Merchant payment options change without notice. Always confirm with the merchant before you pay.

Acceptable use

You may browse, link to and quote from this site with attribution.

You may not:

• Scrape or bulk-extract the directory for commercial republication
• Use automated systems in a way that degrades the service for others
• Misrepresent the site or its content, or impersonate it
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent merchant information
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to block access for breach of these terms.

Merchant submissions

If you submit a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so and that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

We decide what to publish. Submission does not guarantee a listing, and we may edit, decline, suspend or remove any listing at our discretion. We may verify submitted information independently.

Submitting information grants us a non-exclusive licence to publish it as part of the directory.

Intellectual property

Site content, design, structure and compiled data are owned by StablecoinSpend or its licensors.

Merchant names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification purposes only. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners, or by us.

We link to sites we do not control and are not responsible for their content, practices or availability. Some links are affiliate links — see our affiliate disclosure.
