OffGamers does something almost nobody else in this directory does: it publishes the fee per payment method, per network. USDT on Ethereum and USDC on either Ethereum or Polygon are charged 0.99%; USDT on Polygon is charged 1.99%. Read that twice, because it inverts the usual advice. Everywhere else in this directory the layer 2 is the cheap option and Ethereum mainnet is the expensive one — here the merchant's surcharge makes USDT on Polygon the dearest of the four. You still pay your own network fee on top, so the total depends on both, but the merchant surcharge is the part you can actually see in advance. All four settle instantly.
Refunds

Stablecoin refunds are outbound payments a merchant chooses to send, not automatic reversals. There is no chargeback.
OffGamers has been selling game top-ups since 2004 — currency packs, prepaid codes, gift cards for hundreds of titles, weighted towards Southeast Asia. It takes four stablecoin routes and, unusually, tells you what each one costs.
The fee table is the point
Almost every merchant in this directory treats payment methods as equivalent. OffGamers prices them:

Note the second row. USDT on Polygon costs twice what the others do, which inverts the advice this directory gives almost everywhere else. Normally the layer 2 is the cheap route and Ethereum mainnet is the one that hurts — here the merchant’s own surcharge reverses it for that one combination.
We do not know why, and the guide does not explain. It may reflect liquidity, a processor’s pricing, or simply an old number nobody revisited. What matters is that you can see it before paying, which is more than you can say for the spread buried in most gift card exchange rates.
What to actually pick
USDC on Polygon: 0.99% from the merchant and a negligible network fee. That is the cheapest of the four by a clear margin.
USDT on Ethereum is the same merchant fee but you carry mainnet gas. USDT on Polygon is the worst of both — the higher surcharge without a compensating advantage.
The usual digital-goods caveat
Codes are delivered instantly and are not returnable once revealed. Crypto adds no chargeback on top of that, so a wrong-region top-up is simply a loss. Check which server or regional store a pack applies to before paying — region locking is the commonest complaint in this category and it has nothing to do with how you paid.

OffGamers publishes a payment guide on its own subdomain listing each method with its speed and surcharge. The crypto entries are "Tether USDT (ETH) — Instant — 0.99%", "Tether USDT (Polygon) — Instant — 1.99%", "USDC — Instant — 0.99%" and "USDC (Polygon) — Instant — 0.99%", alongside Ethereum and Crypto.com. Both stablecoins are named with their networks, which is why this record carries networks rather than leaving the field empty. The live guide refused our requests with HTTP 403, so this was read from the Internet Archive's June 2026 capture of the merchant's own page — merchant documentation, retrieved indirectly, and flagged as such. No third-party payment processor is named.
