Pay on the cheapest network offered — Bitrefill receives the same amount either way, so the fee comes out of your side. Our network comparison covers which to pick.

Payment notes

Bitrefill is crypto-only by design rather than a retailer that added a crypto option. Its published token list is per-network, so check that your wallet is on one of the listed chains before sending. Brand and denomination availability varies substantially by country, and the effective rate varies by brand.

Refunds

Gift card codes are generally non-refundable once revealed, which is standard across the industry. Codes that fail to redeem are normally replaced if reported promptly.

Stablecoin refunds are outbound payments a merchant chooses to send, not automatic reversals. There is no chargeback.

Bitrefill is the reference platform for turning a stablecoin balance into spendable credit at businesses that have never heard of USDC.

The universal adapter

Thousands of brands across a large number of countries, plus mobile top-ups, eSIMs and in some markets bill payments. For anything in this directory’s shopping category that does not accept stablecoins directly, this is usually the answer.

Check the rate, not just the availability

Platforms in this category make money on the spread between what you pay and the card’s face value, and it varies considerably by brand and country. On well-distributed brands the spread is small and occasionally negative. On thinner inventory it is not.

If you buy gift cards regularly, comparing two platforms for your usual brands once is worth the ten minutes.

Region locking is the common failure

A card bought for the wrong regional storefront usually cannot be redeemed and usually cannot be refunded. Check the country before you buy — it is the single most common complaint across every platform in this category.

Network choice

Several cheap networks supported, which matters because gift card purchases are often small. Use the cheapest one offered.

An editor confirmed these payment options against the sources listed below.

Bitrefill publishes an explicit accepted-token list. Confirmed: USDT on Arbitrum, BNB Smart Chain, Ethereum, Polygon, Tron and TON; USDC on Arbitrum, Base, Ethereum, Polygon and Solana. DAI is not on the list and has been removed from this record. TON is accepted by the merchant but is not a network we currently profile.
