If a listing is wrong, out of date, or missing something important, please tell us. This is the most valuable message we receive.
Include the merchant name and what you saw — particularly if you reached a checkout and the coins or networks differed from what we published. We will re-check and update the profile and its verification date.

What we cannot help with
We are a directory. We are not a payment processor and we do not custody funds, so we cannot:
- Recover a payment sent to the wrong address or the wrong network
- Intervene in a dispute between you and a merchant
- Process a refund
- Advise on whether to buy, hold or sell any asset
If a payment has gone wrong, contact the merchant directly with your transaction hash. If you sent on the wrong network, contact them immediately — recovery is sometimes possible if they control the destination address on that chain.
And to be explicit: we will never publish or send you a wallet address for a merchant. Payment instructions come from the merchant’s own checkout, never from us. Treat anything else as fraudulent.
