Decodo's payment-methods article lists cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, "Cryptocurrency — Processed via CoinGate", Alipay and a prepaid Wallet. The crypto article carries the table this directory looks for: "USDC — Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Solana, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism" and "EURC — Ethereum", alongside BTC (including Lightning), ETH on five networks, LTC, BCH, XRP, TRX, DOGE, BNB, POL and SOL. The rest of the article is practical: an underpaid invoice can be topped up if your exchange allows a small second transfer, otherwise it is refunded by CoinGate; an overpayment is refunded through CoinGate's own flow; and "instead of using exchanges/web wallets, CoinGate strongly recommends paying directly using a wallet", because the usual cause of underpayment is an exchange deducting the network fee. For a proxy plan priced in tens of dollars, Base, Polygon, Arbitrum or Solana are the sensible USDC routes and all four are on the merchant's own list. Decodo's refund FAQ is the other thing to read: the 14-day money-back applies to self-service, first-time, non-crypto purchases with under 20% of the plan used — pay in USDC and you forgo it.
Refunds
Documented, and crypto is carved out. Refunds within 14 days of a first purchase require, among other conditions, a non-cryptocurrency payment and less than 20% of the plan's traffic (or 1 GB) used; approved refunds go to the original payment method within five business days. Under- and overpaid crypto invoices are corrected through CoinGate.
Stablecoin refunds are outbound payments a merchant chooses to send, not automatic reversals. There is no chargeback.
Decodo publishes the two things most merchants leave out: which network each coin is accepted on, and what paying in crypto costs you in refund rights. Both are worth reading before you top up.
The table
USDC on Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Solana, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base and Optimism; EURC on Ethereum; no USDT. That is CoinGate’s list, reproduced by the merchant in its own help centre rather than left for you to infer — the same standard as RANDHOST and Genghis, and rarer among proxy providers than it should be. For a plan priced in tens of dollars, any of the layer 2s or Solana costs a fraction of a cent to send.
The refund carve-out
Decodo offers a 14-day money-back guarantee, and its FAQ lists the conditions: self-service purchase, first purchase, no trial used, under 20% of the plan consumed — and a “non-cryptocurrency payment”. Pay in USDC and the guarantee does not apply. The merchant says so plainly; this record repeats it because it is the kind of condition people discover afterwards.
Underpayment, the common failure
The crypto article spends most of its length on one problem: exchanges deduct the network fee from the amount you send, so the invoice arrives short. Decodo relays CoinGate’s advice — pay from a wallet you control, include the fee, round up — and explains what happens if you do not: a top-up if your exchange allows a small second transfer, otherwise a refund and a fresh invoice.

Decodo's own help centre names the processor (CoinGate), publishes a per-asset network table naming USDC on seven networks and EURC on Ethereum, and its refund FAQ states the crypto exclusion. That is merchant documentation naming coin and network, sufficient for a verified status without a live purchase, which we did not make. CoinGate's list is cited as the second source and agrees with the merchant's table. The operating entity and address are from the licence agreement and site footer. "Sometimes" for identity verification reflects a help-centre section on ID verification that applies to some accounts; the payment pages do not tie it to crypto specifically.
