RANDHOST's crypto page and its payment-methods page carry the same per-asset table, and it is the most useful kind: coin, then networks. "USDC — Networks: Ethereum, BSC, Solana, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism. USDT — Networks: Ethereum, BSC, Tron, Solana, Polygon, Arbitrum, Avalanche." The FAQ repeats it in prose: "We accept both USDC and USDT across multiple networks including Ethereum, BSC, Solana, Polygon, Tron, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism, and Avalanche." The flow is: choose a plan, pick "Cryptocurrency" at checkout, select the coin and network, send the exact amount to the address shown; "your server deploys automatically once the payment confirms". Ethereum-family transfers "usually confirm within 1–5 minutes". Underpayments wait for the balance; overpayments are refunded automatically to your wallet. For a VPS priced in the tens of euros, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism or Polygon are the sensible USDC routes — same address as Ethereum, a fraction of the gas — and RANDHOST is one of very few hosts that names all four.
Refunds

Stablecoin refunds are outbound payments a merchant chooses to send, not automatic reversals. There is no chargeback.
Most hosts that take crypto say “USDC” and leave the network to the gateway. RANDHOST publishes the table — coin, then every network it will take it on — which makes it one of the more useful records in the hosting category and the clearest Arbitrum route in the directory.
The table

For a €19-a-month VPS, mainnet gas is a real percentage of the bill. Arbitrum, Base, Optimism or Polygon make it a rounding error, and all four are on the USDC list.
How it works
Pick a plan, choose “Cryptocurrency”, choose coin and network, send the exact amount. The server provisions when the payment confirms — one to five minutes for Ethereum-family transfers by RANDHOST’s account. Underpay and the order waits for the rest; overpay and the excess comes back to your wallet. Nobody is named as the processor.
Where the servers are
Lisbon, Johannesburg, Lagos, Tallinn and Fortaleza, with the company describing itself as made in Estonia. That footprint — Portugal, South Africa, Nigeria, Brazil — is unusual, and it is also where card payments to a European host most often fail, which is the practical case for the crypto option being more than a gesture.

RANDHOST's own crypto payments page and payment-methods page list USDC and USDT with their networks asset by asset, and the FAQ on the same page repeats the list in prose, describes the checkout and the under/overpayment handling. That is merchant documentation naming coin and network, sufficient for a verified status without a live purchase, which we did not make. No payment processor is named anywhere we read; the "300+ cryptocurrencies across 75+ networks" claim and the shape of the list are consistent with a large aggregator gateway, but we record only what the merchant states. The site footer says "Made in Estonia" and lists Tallinn among its locations; the operating entity is not named on the pages we read and none is asserted. The 50%-off first-invoice code on the page is a promotion and is not recorded.
