Two ways to pay, both documented by Helius. To subscribe, pick a plan on the Billing page, choose "Pay with Crypto", enter a billing name and address, then "connect your wallet or scan the QR code and complete the payment in USDC"; the plan activates once the transaction confirms. For renewals, the default is a payment link by email and in the dashboard each cycle. The alternative is automatic: connect a Solana wallet, approve a one-time authorisation to the Solana Subscriptions Program — an open-source program maintained by the Solana Foundation and audited by Cantina — and Helius pulls each renewal in USDC without a signature. Up to three wallets can be connected, one set as default; removing a wallet revokes its authorisation. Downgrades on crypto plans take effect immediately with a prorated credit. Separately, the free "Agent" plan for programmatic sign-up requires a one-USDC payment as an anti-abuse measure.

Refunds

Not documented as a refund policy. Subscriptions can be cancelled from the Billing page; crypto plan downgrades apply a prorated credit to the next cycle rather than a refund to the wallet.

Stablecoin refunds are outbound payments a merchant chooses to send, not automatic reversals. There is no chargeback.

   Added after reading Helius's own crypto billing documentation, which names USDC on Solana and documents recurring wallet-pulled renewals.

Limitations

• USDC on Solana only. No other stablecoin and no other network — the documentation says so in one sentence.
• Autoscaling (automatic credit purchase) needs a card on file and is not available on crypto plans; top up with prepaid credits instead.
• Automatic wallet renewals were still rolling out when we checked; until the "Crypto autopay" card appears you pay each renewal from an emailed payment link.
• Only the default wallet is charged on renewal. If it is short of USDC the charge is skipped and you get a payment link — there is no retry and no fall-through to another wallet.
