Search and book as usual, directly on Wego; on the payment screen choose "Crypto" alongside cards and wallets; Wego redirects to the Triple-A gateway, where you "choose your coin or wallet, then either scan the QR code with your wallet app or copy the wallet address and exact amount"; confirm in your wallet; "you have around ~15 minutes before the rate-locked session expires"; once the chain confirms, the booking is finalised and a reference is emailed. "Stablecoin payments usually confirm in under a minute." Rules: "No transaction fee on crypto payments" from Wego; network fees are yours; the rate locks when you initiate payment; approved refunds come back "in crypto to a wallet address you nominate via a secure email link, confirmed with an OTP"; "crypto transactions are irreversible once confirmed on-chain". Triple-A handles conversion, custody and AML/KYC compliance, and Wego "continues to receive settlement in traditional local currencies". The seven options include Binance Pay as a wallet route; the four stablecoins are named outright. No network is published, as at every Triple-A merchant here — read it off the gateway page, and for a flight priced in the hundreds choose the cheapest one offered.

Refunds

Documented. "Approved refunds are returned in crypto to a wallet address you nominate via a secure email link, confirmed with an OTP. The refunded fiat-equivalent may not match what you originally paid because of price fluctuation." Whether a fare or rate is refundable at all is the airline's or hotel's rule, as usual.

Stablecoin refunds are outbound payments a merchant chooses to send, not automatic reversals. There is no chargeback.

Limitations

• "The availability of cryptocurrency payment services may vary depending on local laws and regulations in certain countries or regions" — Wego's own caveat; the option appears at checkout where it is offered.
• Book directly through Wego, "not a partner website", to see the crypto option; some Wego results hand off to airline or agency sites.
• No network is named for any of the four stablecoins; the Triple-A page shows it.
• The rate is locked for around 15 minutes from the moment you initiate payment; miss it and you may have to rebook at a new rate.
• Refunds are returned in crypto, and "the refunded fiat-equivalent may not match what you originally paid because of price fluctuation" — immaterial for a stablecoin, material for BTC or ETH.
