eSIM-Now's guide, last updated 8 September 2026, is one of the more complete crypto pages in the telecom category. It names the common options in a table — Bitcoin, Lightning, Ethereum, "USD Coin — USDC — 1–5 minutes (Ethereum/Base)", "Tether — USDT — varies by chain", Litecoin, Solana — and adds: "USDC and USDT are available on multiple chains including Ethereum mainnet, Base, Polygon, and Solana. If you're paying with a stablecoin, L2 and alternative chains generally offer lower fees than Ethereum mainnet." The checkout steps: choose the crypto option at payment, pick the coin and, for a stablecoin, the network, send the exact amount to the QR code or address, wait for the required confirmations, and receive the QR code "immediately after payment confirmation". No card, bank account or identity document is required; an email address is optional for delivery. The guide says prices are identical to card payments. What it does not say is who processes the payment, which is why no provider is recorded.

Refunds

Documented. "Our eSIMs are fully refundable as long as no use was made with them and as long as they were not activated." The refund policy lists eligible cases — failed activation, duplicate purchase — and excludes activated plans, device incompatibility the buyer should have checked, change of mind and partial use.

Stablecoin refunds are outbound payments a merchant chooses to send, not automatic reversals. There is no chargeback.

Limitations

• Prices are the same for crypto and card; the only extra is the blockchain network fee, so pick Base, Polygon or Solana over Ethereum mainnet for a $5 plan.
• Send the exact amount shown to the exact address shown; the guide is explicit that transactions are irreversible.
• Refunds are available only for eSIMs that were never activated or failed to activate; a used or activated plan is not refundable.
• The processor is not named — "our payment processor supports dozens of additional coins" is as specific as the merchant gets.
