A dash means we found no evidence of support, not that support is impossible. Coin availability at checkout can differ by country and product.
SEAGM's help centre names Bitcoin, Ethereum and Tether, and follows it with a sentence worth reading before you pay: "There will be no refund options on cryptocurrency payments. You are responsible for ensuring the transaction details are correct." That is a merchant stating plainly that crypto sits outside its refund process, which is the second example of this pattern in the directory after PureVPN and probably the most common unwritten rule in the sector. The article does not state which USDT network is used; other SEAGM material has referred to both TRC-20 and ERC-20 variants, so confirm the chain at the payment step rather than assuming Tron.
None on crypto. SEAGM states there are no refund options on cryptocurrency payments and that the customer carries responsibility for transaction details being correct.
Stablecoin refunds are outbound payments a merchant chooses to send, not automatic reversals. There is no chargeback.
SEAGM sells game credits and top-ups across Southeast Asia and has taken cryptocurrency for years. Its help centre is short, and one sentence in it is the reason this record is worth reading.
There will be no refund options on cryptocurrency payments. You are responsible for ensuring the transaction details are correct.
That is SEAGM’s own wording. Pay by card and the ordinary refund process applies. Pay in USDT and it does not — not as an edge case or a delay, but as policy.
This is the second merchant in this directory to put that in writing, after PureVPN, and we suspect it is far more widely true than it is stated. Most merchants simply never address it, and buyers discover the position only when they need a refund. SEAGM saying it out loud is a point in its favour even though the policy itself is unfavourable.
For a small top-up the exposure is trivial. For a large one, on a platform where region-locked products are a routine source of mistakes, it is worth pausing over.
The network. The article names Tether without saying whether that means TRC-20, ERC-20 or something else, and other SEAGM material has referred to more than one. Given the merchant’s own warning that you are responsible for the transaction details being correct, that gap is more consequential here than it would be elsewhere — read the chain off the payment screen and match it exactly.
That uncertainty is also why this record is marked “payment availability may vary” rather than verified: acceptance is beyond doubt, the precise asset set at checkout is not.
OffGamers covers very similar inventory and documents four stablecoin routes with per-network fees, which makes it the better-documented choice of the two if you have both available.
Crypto payment is confirmed, but the exact coin list is not fixed — it can depend on your country, the product, which checkout you reach, or which assets the merchant's payment gateway currently enables.
SEAGM's own help-centre article on paying by cryptocurrency states that "SEAGM is now available with cryptocurrency payment options, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT)" and warns that "There will be no refund options on cryptocurrency payments." Tether is the only stablecoin named, and no network is given, so networks is left empty. Status is "may vary" rather than verified for that reason: separate SEAGM material has referred to USDT on both TRC-20 and ERC-20 and to USDC, none of which this article confirms, so the exact set available at checkout is not established. The live help centre refused our requests with HTTP 403, so the article was read from the Internet Archive's April 2026 capture of the merchant's own page.
Payment availability can change without notice. Always confirm at SEAGM’s own checkout before paying. Spotted something wrong?

Dated history for this record. We log only changes we can evidence, so an entry here reflects something that actually moved — not routine re-checking. The full feed across every merchant is on What’s Changed .
Added to directory
Added with "may vary" status: Tether is confirmed by SEAGM's own help centre, but no network is stated and other SEAGM material names assets this article does not.
Get notified when its stablecoin payment options change — a coin added or dropped, a gateway switch, or acceptance withdrawn. Dated and sourced, or not sent.
Double opt-in. Nothing is sent until you confirm, and every email links to manage or unfollow.
Payment options change without notice. If SEAGM’s checkout no longer matches what is on this page, tell us — an editor re-verifies against the merchant’s own documentation before anything changes here.
Reports go to a review queue. They never change a listing directly.
