Alchemy Pay’s relevance is geographic. It connects crypto payments to local fiat rails in markets where the card network is not the default way people pay.
Why local rails matter
A merchant selling into Indonesia, the Philippines or India who only accepts cards is missing most of the market. Bank transfer schemes, e-wallets and local payment methods dominate, and each requires its own integration.
A gateway that bridges crypto acceptance to those rails serves a real need that a US-centric provider does not address.
Tron support is not incidental
USDT on Tron is the dominant stablecoin rail across much of Asia. A gateway targeting these markets that did not support it would be missing the point, and this one does.
Caveats
Coverage varies significantly by market and pricing is not published as a single rate. Confirm what is actually available in your specific market rather than assuming the full product set.
