The rest of the post is reassurance rather than mechanics — no gateway, no invoice window, no network for Tether, no limits. The dealer's payment-methods page does not mention cryptocurrency at all. That gap is why the status is "may vary": the merchant has said it takes USDT, on its own domain, but has not documented how. Expect to arrange a crypto purchase by phone or text with the sales team, and to be told the network at that point; with Tether that is the detail to write down.
