The jewellers here take stablecoins through the same two gateways — BitPay and Coinbase — and their pages tend to be more explicit than the watch dealers' about the parts that matter to a buyer: which coins, online only or in the showroom too, and what happens to a refund. Leibish, a Manhattan diamond and gemstone house, publishes a full crypto payment policy naming DAI, USDC, Gemini Dollar and Pax Dollar and stating that refunds come back in dollars to a bank account, not in crypto. Capucinne, a Slovenian fine jeweller, names USDC and DAI through a Coinbase checkout. CRM Jewelers in Miami runs BitPay and will also invoice for USDC or USDT directly. The records say which route each uses and what it does not say.

Jewellery sits between watches and bullion in this directory: the same gateways, the same price locks, and a refund policy that is worth reading before anything else.
Three routes
BitPay, at Leibish and CRM Jewelers, with Leibish publishing the coin list the gateway carries and CRM leaving it to BitPay. Coinbase, at Capucinne, naming USDC and DAI — with the caveat that Coinbase has been withdrawing its Commerce product from merchants outside the United States and Singapore, and Capucinne is in Slovenia. And direct invoicing, which CRM offers for USDC and USDT on request; the record says so and says to prefer the gateway.
Online, not the counter
Leibish is explicit that crypto is for online orders and that showroom and phone purchases “may not be eligible unless confirmed by a Leibish representative”. None of the three documents a crypto payment at the counter. Watch dealers, by contrast, often do — see The 1916 Company.
Refunds in dollars
Leibish’s policy is the template: crypto orders are final, refunds where due are paid in US dollars to a bank account at the original product price, within fourteen business days. Assume the same everywhere unless a jeweller says otherwise.

Can I buy an engagement ring with USDC?
Yes. Leibish takes USDC, DAI, Gemini Dollar and Pax Dollar through BitPay for online orders; Capucinne takes USDC and DAI through a Coinbase checkout; CRM Jewelers takes BitPay's list and will invoice for USDC or USDT directly. The 1916 Company, listed under watches, also sells jewellery for USDC and USDT.
Will a refund come back in crypto?
Usually not, and Leibish says so in writing: refunds for crypto orders are "issued in USD to a bank account, not in crypto", at the product price at the time of purchase. Every gateway here settles to the jeweller in fiat, so a refund is a bank transfer at best. Buy in a stablecoin and the difference is small; buy in Bitcoin and it is whatever Bitcoin has done since.
Why are the big chains and marketplaces absent?
Because they do not take crypto. Blue Nile, James Allen, Brilliant Earth, Tiffany, Cartier, Zales and Kay accept cards and financing. REEDS Jewelers, the first US chain to take Bitcoin in 2014, has no readable crypto statement on its site today. Brokers that convert your coins and pay a seller on your behalf are not merchants and are not listed.
