This is worth stating before any commercial conversation, because it is not negotiable and it occasionally costs us business.
- A verified badge. Verification is earned by passing the documented check, and paying for a listing only changes how quickly we look — never what we are willing to say.
- A factual claim. We publish the coins and networks we can support with evidence. If your listing says USDC on Base, it is because we found evidence of USDC on Base.
- Removal of a limitation. If there is something a customer would want to know before paying you, it goes on the page.
- An unlabelled placement. Every paid position carries a Sponsored or Featured label, on every surface where it appears.

Sponsorship
Three surfaces: a category hub, an issue of The Stablecoin Spend Report, or a quarterly research report. Each is exclusive for its period, each carries a visible sponsor label, and each comes with campaign reporting.
What none of them comes with is editorial input. A sponsor gets a logo and a sentence. They get no sight of copy before publication, no say in which merchants appear in a category or in what order, and no influence over any verification status — including their own. If a report we publish finds that adoption of a sponsor’s product is flat, that is what it will say, with the sponsorship disclosed above it.
We would rather lose a renewal than have a reader wonder which parts of a research page were paid for. That is not a moral position so much as a commercial one: the audience this reaches is here because the data is independent, and a sponsor buying influence over it would be buying a smaller audience.
Media kit
Available on request. It contains what we can actually stand behind today: directory size and composition, verification coverage, the categories and coins with the most merchants, and the placement formats above. It does not contain audience or traffic figures, because the site is new and we would rather send you an honest thin document than an impressive invented one — those numbers will be added when there is a period of measured data to report.
